Yapton: a Sussex parish seen through the census and parish records
This talk looks beyond the names recorded in the parish registers and census records, which can contain a wealth of other information that can help to define the changing nature and origins of parish populations. The parish of Yapton in West Sussex is taken as a case study to reveal the extent of documented change between 1700 and 1901.
